For any purchases of 5+ E-Learning credits we will need to see cleared funds from your account before the E-Learning links to the training are released. Any purchases for less than 5 will have the link sent before the end of the next working day.

If you are making a purchase of 10+ credits get in touch to discuss discounts on bulk orders.

If the learning is for multiple users, or you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you must contact us to
arrange access, as each user must have an independent email address to assign
the learning credits/certification. Otherwise it will be assigned to the email address on the booking.
